NOTES

During the upcoming European Sustainable Energy Week taking place in Brussels, on the 5th of June, NGVA Europe together with representatives of the e-mobility sectors have been selected to animate a debate on the opportunities of integrating renewables in the transport sector.

Decarbonisation is currently high in the EU agenda and the challenge touches upon all types of fuels, from biofuels to electricity, and some others like hydrogen. Supported by representatives of EU institutions (MEP Claude Turmes and the Head of Unit of the Renewables Unit of DG ENERGY, Ms Paula Abreu Marquez), NGVA Europe will discuss about the benefits that the different solutions can bring to make the future system of transportation in Europe more sustainable and the challenges ahead to integrate them. The event will also be the opportunity to provide some input to the Clean Mobility Package currently at the top of the EU co-legislators agenda.

Registrations to the event are available at the EUSEW website.
